Service Cancellation Terms
Important Notice
All token amounts paid are non-refundable. Cancellation is only possible before materials/workers arrive at your site.
For Material Orders:
Cancellation allowed until materials are dispatched to your site
Must cancel at least 3 hours before scheduled dispatch time
Token amount will be forfeited upon cancellation
For Worker Services:
Cancellation allowed until workers depart for your site
Must cancel at least 2 hours before scheduled arrival time
Token amount will be forfeited upon cancellation

After Cancellation:
You will receive cancellation confirmation within 1 hour
No refund of token amount under any circumstances
Future bookings may require new token payment
