The term User includes both Customers and Vendors unless otherwise specified.
1. Scope of Services We provide a platform that connects customers with verified vendors offering construction-related goods and services, including but not limited to new construction, renovation, electrical work, plumbing, interior, painting, furniture, material supply, material testing, and surveying. 2. User Eligibility Users must be 18 years or older. Vendors must comply with all legal, licensing, and tax requirements applicable to their services or goods. We reserve the right to verify identity and reject or suspend accounts for any violations. 3. Account Registration Customers must provide accurate contact and payment details. Vendors must provide valid business documents, certifications (if applicable), and service portfolios. Each user is responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. 4. Customer Terms Bookings must be made through the app and paid for as per the agreed terms. Customers must provide accurate information (address, requirements, timelines). Cancellations and refunds will follow our Return & Refund Policy. Customers must inspect delivered goods and report any issues within the allowed time frame. 5. Vendor Terms Vendors must provide accurate service descriptions, prices, and availability. Vendors are responsible for the quality, timeliness, and safety of their work. Vendors must comply with all applicable building codes, safety regulations, and labor laws. Vendors may not engage in fraudulent activities, false advertising, or unapproved subcontracting. Payments to vendors will be made as per the payout schedule after deduction of platform fees. 6. Payments All transactions between customers and vendors must be processed through the app’s payment gateway. We may hold payments in escrow until service completion or delivery confirmation. Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. 7. Dispute Resolution In case of disputes between customers and vendors, both parties must first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through our support team. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration under [Applicable Jurisdiction] laws. 8. Prohibited Activities Users may not: Post false, misleading, or defamatory content. Engage in illegal activities using our platform. Attempt to bypass the platform for direct transactions without our consent. 9. We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by vendors, customers, or third parties. 10. Intellectual Property All content on the platform (design, logos, text, images) is owned by or licensed to us. Users may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission. 11. Termination We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms without prior notice. Users may delete their account by contacting our support team. 12.
